Integrated Medical Solutions (IMS) continually develops networks of physician providers and hospitals to service our correctional facility clients throughout the United States.

Affiliate providers are positioned to significantly increase their revenues by directly participating in multi-million dollar contracts executed by IMS. Revenue generation is accomplished by providing comprehensive in patient and out patient hospital services, as well as office services to inmates of contracted institutions.

Our clients are all self insured. All claims are submitted directly to IMS at agreed upon rates. IMS guarantees timely issuance of payment to your facility.

Specialties invited to participate include, but are not limited to: Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Colon/Rectal Surgery, Dermatology, Ear/Nose/Throat, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery Podiatry, Pulmonology, Urology, and Vascular Surgery.

Hospital candidates are subject to critical evaluation criteria including the following:

Scope of medical services available

Joint Commission Accreditation (TJC)

Term of contract ( Base year with four option years required)

Scope of service reimbursement rates required
